One-to-One Sessions:

Personalised yoga instruction tailored to your individual needs.

Small Group Sessions:

Intimate classes with up to 4 participants, ideal for friends or family.

Client Range:

From complete beginners to advanced practitioners, including customised sessions for those with injuries.

Sessions can be held at my studio or as a concierge service at your preferred location.

    10:45 - 11:15 AM

    CHAIR YOGA

    A 30-minute seated practice for clients with limited mobility.

  • Tuesday:

    8:00PM - 9:00PM

    EVENING FLOW

    An open-level Vinyasa class.

2. Phone Consultation to Discuss Your Goals
We will briefly discuss your yoga goals, and I will see if and how I can help you. If everything aligns, we will schedule an appointment for the trial session at the studio.

3. Welcome and Personalised Introduction at the Studio
After a thorough assessment, I will introduce you to our Yoga classes in detail, taking ample time to answer all your questions.
